Support data integration at UHN using SQL, Python, and PHP while onboarding research sites across an international drug discovery pipeline.

The Data Science Analyst supports the senior database developer within UHN Research. You will map records, migrate legacy data, and maintain data integrity across the LIMS. The temporary full-time contract reports to the Principal Investigator.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard contributing sites through LIMS mapping and legacy migration

Develop data loading procedures, bulk imports, and scheduled transfers

Reconcile identifiers and controlled vocabularies across incoming data

Monitor automated feeds and resolve failures

Train partner users and maintain documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline

At least one year of practical related experience

Working proficiency in SQL, Python, and PHP

Familiarity with CSV, Excel, JSON, REST APIs, and transfers

Attention to data integrity and effective communication skills

Apply data transformation, LIMS integration, and verification skills to support UHN’s cooperative research network.
