Design strategic learning solutions with performance consulting and stakeholder management for TekStaff’s client, supporting Branch Banking capabilities and business needs. The position emphasizes roadmaps and communication.

The Learning Solutions Architect leads end-to-end learning strategy development, execution, and documentation. This work includes needs analysis, change management, project management, and collaboration across business leaders, HR partners, and Learning COE leads. The role supports the Branch Banking Learning Plan and associated capability roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead performance consulting and diagnose capability development gaps

Develop long-term learning strategies, plans, and roadmaps

Build business cases and define learning rollout plans

Manage stakeholder relationships, deliverables, issues,



and escalations

Report learning asset progress and strategy updates

Requirements:

Detailed needs assessment experience across organizational, team, and project levels

Knowledge of performance consulting and adult learning practices

Robust planning, project management, and communication skills

Ability to build executive presentations using research and analysis

Experience with onboarding, compliance, Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI tools

Bring strategic planning, relationship management, and learning expertise to develop solutions aligned with Branch Banking business requirements.
