Support investor relations at Citco through subscription review, Excel expertise, and accurate fund administration. Work across investor documentation, records, and performance releases. As an Investor Relations Administrator, you will support Citco’s alternative asset and accounting service. The position involves investor correspondence, fund bank accounts, and daily operational administration. Client Services experience and fund industry knowledge can strengthen your application.

Key Responsibilities:

Review subscription agreements for completeness

Follow up with investors regarding missing documentation

Maintain electronic and physical partner records

Maintain bank accounts for assigned funds

Prepare performance releases, statements, and correspondence

Requirements:

Possess post-secondary education

Preferably have one to three years’ Client Services experience

Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Knowledge of private equity, hedge fund, or mutual fund concepts

Investor Relations or transfer agency experience is a plus
