Key Responsibilities:

Own projects from first drawing through final handover

Maintain schedules, trades, materials, and approvals

Control budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete

Lead tendering, scope reviews, and subcontractor relationships

Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and Procore documentation

Requirements:

Five or more years managing construction projects

Mid-rise and retirement residence construction experience

Solid drawings, specifications, contracts, and Ontario Building Code knowledge

Budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills

Procore, MS Project, and Excel experience
