This role manages customer contracts, pricing agreements, RFPs, and tender responses while ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations. The position requires in office presence four days weekly and bilingual French/English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Compile and review RFP responses to ensure accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and timely submission

Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, amendments, renewals, and ongoing performance tracking

Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers on contract and pricing matters

Maintain compliance with pricing policies, contractual obligations, and approval processes across databases





Prepare commercial performance metrics, pricing analyses, and contract reports for senior leadership

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management or related role
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities
- Project management and execution skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system, hospitals, and procurement landscape

Compensation: $87,000–$127,600 CAD base
