The Talent Acquisition process focuses on identifying talent requirements, creating and managing candidate pipelines, sourcing prospective candidates, conducting candidate screening and assessments, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding activities while ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels including job boards, talent communities, and internal databases.

Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruitment systems.

Provide recruitment reporting, sourcing insights, and market intelligence.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and SLAs

Advanced Boolean search techniques.

Talent mapping and market intelligence.

ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Eightfold, or similar.

Recruitment analytics and dashboard reporting.

Strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Fluent in both French and English

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
