Key Responsibilities:

Process talent payments using schedules, contracts, and approval workflows

Validate invoices, contracts, amounts due, and issued payments

Answer talent payment inquiries with clear professional communication





Document discrepancies and elevate exceptions for senior review

Process corporate invoices with approvals, coding, and compliance

Requirements:

Two to four years in accounts payable or financial administration

Accuracy and consistency managing high-volume operational workflows

Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills

Confidence using ERP systems, Excel, and team-oriented tools

NetSuite experience is a strong asset
