Shift Requirement: Must be flexible to support multiple shifts as needed. No overnight shifts.

Calculate dimensions and tolerances, lay out workpieces, and verify accuracy using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.





Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train in complementary skills to support production requirements.

Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or practices immediately.

Adhere to company policies, including proactive risk management and Just Culture principles.

High mechanical aptitude with solid precision and accuracy.

Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications.

Completion of a recognized machinist apprenticeship program or equivalent education and training.

Red Seal Machinist certification is preferred.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, metallurgy, and production management systems.
