Toromont Cat is looking for a Receptionist/Branch Administrator to join our team in Fredericton! This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch. Full Time, Permanent

Process weekly payroll, accounts payable and bank deposits

Source and order office supplies and uniforms

book boardrooms, and maintain common areas

Ensure contracts are up to date for facility services

Set up training for both technical and office requirements

Maintain and control the departments purchasing system by tracking all purchase orders and associated invoices, allocating invoices, entering invoices for payment, and filing of purchase orders and invoices

2 years of experience in an administrative position
