This full time Social Media Manager runs both consumer brands across every social channel. You will plan calendars, create and publish daily content, and adjust decisions using platform insights. The work includes graphics, stories, trends, creator content, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Own organic content strategy across both brands

Plan weekly calendars for each brand and platform

Write hooks, captions, graphics, and short-form videos

Publish daily and launch trend content promptly

Read performance data and adjust content decisions

Requirements:

Two or more years running organic social

Experience with a DTC or consumer brand

Proof of accounts grown and numbers moved

Native-level written English

Canva, Figma, or similar design experience

Bring hands-on strategy, daily publishing, creative production, and reporting skills to KittySpout and DoggySpout organic social.
