Senior Backend Engineer

Develop new features based on customer and product requirements

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues

Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability

Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and support high-volume data processing

Build and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure,



or GCP

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes

Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and support

Help improve the overall customer experience and product quality

Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript or another relevant backend language

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience building and scaling systems for high-volume data processing

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Familiarity with cloud services such as serverless computing and managed databases

5+ years of backend development experience, preferably with customer-focused products

Strong problem-solving skills and experience building performant, scalable solutions

Experience with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines
