Support pharmacy and fulfillment teams as Felix’s Human Resources Business Partner, specializing in employee relations and Ontario-BC compliance. This hybrid role includes onsite work and travel.

Felix seeks an HR Business Partner with 5+ years of progressive HR experience and ownership of a client group or site. You will partner with Pharmacy Operations leaders, HR, and Talent teams. The work spans employee relations, policy development, HR operations, employee experience, and support for growing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise employees and managers across pharmacy and fulfillment teams
- Coach site leaders on performance and development decisions
- Manage investigations, conflict resolution, improvement plans, and terminations
- Develop consistent policies across Ontario, British Columbia, and new sites




- Maintain onboarding, advantages, records, programs, and hiring support

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience supporting fast-growing, diverse, mixed-status workforces
- Knowledge of Ontario and British Columbia employment legislation
- Complex employee relations experience with thorough documentation
- Comfort using modern human resources information systems and recruiting systems
