Industrial estimating and project management meet in this Abbotsford, BC position with Norland, supporting complex moves from planning through close-out.

As Sales Estimator / Project Manager, you will engage clients, review drawings, and develop detailed estimates for Apex and Pro-Tech. You will coordinate with operations and field teams across industrial moves, including rigging, heavy haul, jack and slide, and custom installation services. The work spans pre-bid walkthroughs, execution, commissioning, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build client relationships and pursue recent opportunities
- Review plans and specifications to define project requirements
- Develop estimates, proposals, schedules, costs, and resource plans




- Lead projects through commissioning and close-out
- Manage scope changes and maintain stakeholder communication

Requirements:

- Three or more years in related technical fields preferred
- Three years as an estimator or project manager preferred
- Estimating and business development experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid BC Driver's License
