As Assistant Store Manager, you assist the Store Manager with sales and profit projections. You help maintain individual and team standards while contributing to total customer satisfaction. You also develop team members through training and evaluation, support recruiting and selection, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience
- Jeweller or specialty retailer experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS terminals, scanners, and basic software
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends
