Teach French Immersion Grade 8 with the Halton District School Board during a scheduled gradual return, using FSL and Intermediate qualifications. The assignment runs afternoons through December 11, 2026.

This elementary long-term occasional chance is for a teacher qualified in FSL Part 1 and Intermediate. The 0.50 assignment begins immediately and changes during the term. Scheduled afternoons support Grade 8 French Immersion instruction while the FTE decreases through December.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach French Immersion instruction to Grade 8 students
  • Work scheduled afternoons from October 26 through December 11
  • Follow the specified gradual return schedule
  • Support the elementary school assignment through the LTO term

Requirements:

  • FSL Part 1 qualification
  • Intermediate qualification
  • Availability for the stated afternoon schedule
  • Ability to work through December 11, 2026
