Securitas Canada Limited seeks an experienced Security Site Supervisor for travel between Brampton locations and the Caledon site. You will support contract startup, operational readiness, staff training, and policy compliance. The position requires knowledge of security operations, Ontario requirements, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between Brampton locations during the transition to Caledon
- Assist with selecting, onboarding, and training security staff
- Support security operations setup at both locations
- Assist with post orders and site procedures
- Promote policy, safety, regulatory,



and client-standard compliance

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid certification
- Valid CPR and Smart Service Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Six months to one year of security supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Ontario legislation and property protection standards
- Microsoft Office and security management systems proficiency
