The work combines client communication, leasing, maintenance coordination, and regulatory knowledge. You will provide responsive service while managing competing priorities, records, contractors, and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations for an established rental property portfolio
- Maintain skilled relationships with owners and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor services

and move-outs
- Ensure compliance with BC residential tenancy legislation

Requirements:

- Valid BCFSA Rental Property Management License required
- Minimum one year of rental property management experience

- Experience with Yardi or similar software preferred
