Job SummaryReporting to the Manager, In-Flight Services, this position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of Porter passengers while consistently delivering our brand promise of Flying Refined. Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.QualificationsMust hold a current, valid Canadian Passport, or a current, valid International Passport with a current US Crewmember Visa (C-1/D)Minimum of 19 years of age at time of employmentCompletion of secondary schoolFluency in English and French is mandatoryA minimum of 2 years of previous experience working with the public in a customer service roleAbility to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and successfully complete the company background screening processAbility to meet the required medical standards (including alcohol and drug tests) and all physical requirements of the positionMust successfully complete a 5-6 week full‐time training program with 100% attendance and passing all written and practical assessmentsStrong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a safety‐sensitive mindset and ability to work unsupervisedMust be able to work on a rotating reserve schedule that includes weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnights.
