Advantage Personnel is seeking a Branch & Sales Manager to lead our Dartmouth staffing office, drive recent business, and manage the team, client relationships, and daily operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching staff, and coordinating with the East Coast team to serve the Maritimes and Canada.
Strong sales and people management experience are welcomed; staffing industry experience is an asset but not required.
