Work arrangement: The role will initially require 5 days onsite for the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid schedule of approximately 3 days onsite per week.Only candidates legally eligible to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship will be contactedAbout the RoleWe are currently looking for a Capital Markets Middle Office Associate to join a growing team in Montreal.This is a great prospect for someone with 2–5 years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support or Back Office who has a good understanding of financial products and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doingSupport the trade lifecycle from Front Office execution through post-trade processingReview trade information and documentation to ensure accuracy and data qualityMonitor trade bookings and investigate discrepancies or exceptionsPerform reconciliations across different products and systemsWork closely with Middle Office, Back Office and other internal teams to resolve breaksSupport daily processing activities and operational controlsIdentify process improvements and help strengthen operational efficiencyWhat we're looking for2–5 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets Operations,
