Production Team Members support Juice Production operations across BLFC brands including Village Juicery and Detour Coffee. The work includes warehouse processes, inventory movement, equipment cleaning, and food safety. Reliability, attention to detail, and effective communication support consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Assist with juice production, bottling, and packaging
- Operate juice machines during production activities
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Build pallets and move inventory through warehouse processes

Requirements:

- Stand for long hours and lift up to 20kg
- Work comfortably in a refrigerated cold warehouse
- Demonstrate attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Prior warehouse, food production, or kitchen experience is an asset
- Food Handler Certification is a bonus
