As a Customer Service Representative, you will support IAA branches and service centers. The work combines customer communication, data entry, records maintenance, clerical assignments, and auction preparation. You will help provide an outstanding customer experience while assisting branch operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by mail, telephone, and personal contact
• Process orders, assignments, and internal computer system data
