As a Product Operations Associate, you'll be at the center of keeping our operation running smoothly, maintaining inventory accuracy across every system and worksheet, making smart decisions about product placement and warehouse space, and serving as a go-to support for our product and operations teams.REPORTS TO: Director of SourcingRESPONSIBILITIESKeep Joor line sheets current; managing updates, archives, current style creation, and cancellations across Joor and BRBuild and maintain ATS line sheets weekly throughout selling seasonPartner with marketing and sales to vet sales materials and support seasonal launchesExecute close-out orders, & damage donations at the warehouse levelGenerate key reports: ie) inbound inventory variance and e-commerce inventoryMaintain sales rep trackers and seasonal merch plans, keeping all systems up to dateManage all inventory pulls - ie) GWPs, relabeling, POP, stock transfers, & marketing ordersLead Prospect Kit building and shipping from start to finishOversee warehouse storage. Ensure timely pulls from cartons to minimize long-term storage feesCreate,
