As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will liaise with stakeholders and IT teams on functionality enhancements and current developments. You will define system scope and objectives while translating requirements into client-focused solutions. The work supports complex initiatives across IT Property & Casualty using Guidewire, Agile practices, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate discussions to document and validate business requirements
- Guide technical design solution assessment and selection
- Perform data analysis, modeling, mapping, and flow documentation




- Develop user acceptance test plans and lead testing
- Improve BSA practices, processes, and team guidance

Requirements:

- Five years of information technology or related experience
- Post-secondary education in information technology or related discipline
- Advanced Agile, SDLC, project planning, and Lean knowledge
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- English proficiency and strong communication skills
