Reporting to the Store Manager, this Sales Associate delivers an exceptional shopping experience across established Canadian fashion brands. The work combines customer service, personal sales goals, loyalty enrollment, point of sale transactions, and visual merchandising. Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow the customer service program to provide outstanding service
- Meet daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators

- Process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
