This student leadership role supports Residence Life by easing transitions into college or university. You will foster respectful communities, assist with personal, social, and academic concerns, and promote student success. The position requires communication, confidentiality, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate monthly social and educational residence programs
- Support residents with questions, concerns, and conflicts
- Respond to emergencies and student crises
- Maintain reports, logs, evaluations, and work orders
- Attend meetings, training, and scheduled residence shifts

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled full time at the working institution
- Maintain a minimum 65% GPA during employment
- Superior verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
