Support research operations and AI enablement at CIBC in Toronto, using knowledge management and process documentation during a four-month co-op.

As a Research Operations & AI Enablement Co-op, you will help scale research through stronger operations and practical AI exploration. You will contribute to documentation, repositories, SharePoint content, intake processes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The work supports consistent, impactful research across CIBC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop research documentation, playbooks, templates, standards, and best practices
- Organize repository content and improve knowledge discoverability
- Assist with SharePoint enhancements and content management
- Support research intake, tracking, reporting, and workflow improvement




- Evaluate AI tools and automation opportunities with human oversight

Requirements:

- Pursuing a relevant degree or diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Maze
- Curiosity, adaptability, and interest in evolving technologies
- Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information
- Research repositories, SharePoint, or workflow automation experience is an asset
