This role focuses on hands-on operational execution, team coordination, and frontline process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain throughput efficiency,



and support distribution excellence in omni-channel fulfillment.How you will contribute:Support the Senior Operations Manager and Supervisor in identifying operational improvements and implementing process optimizations in DC functionsExecute established processes and workflows for omni-channel order fulfillment, supporting operational consistency during volume fluctuationsParticipate in and support process improvement initiatives using proven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) in assigned DC functionsMonitor and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics within area of responsibility; escal ...Support carrier operations and order processing activities and assist with shipment scheduling and problem resolutionIdentify and communicate process bottlenecks in order processing stages (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns) to managementCoordinate with carrier partners and internal teams to support on-time delivery and resolve fulfillment issuesFollow and reinforce established distribution center policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational optimizationAlert Senior Operations Manager and Supervisor for operational issues and support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across DC functions (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns) and provide feedback from floor teamCommunicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and support service deliverySupport Senior Operations Manager in coordinating labor scheduling, assisting with team coordination,



and supporting talent developmentProvide operational support across key DC functions and assist leadership as requiredSupport monitoring of operational costs and labor productivity and identify and recommend cost-saving opportunitiesContribute to customer satisfaction improvements through quality execution, on-time processing, and problem-solvingReport on operational metrics and performance within assigned area to Senior Operations Manager or SupervisorOther duties may be assignedYou will have:High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of hands‐on experience in warehouse/distribution center operationsWorking knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Oracle WMS experience preferred1 year of experience operating warehouse equipment, including order pickers, stand up reach trucks and sit‐down forklifts. Swing-reach experience is preferred. Must be able to complete required equipment training and certificationKnowledge of domestic transportation and shipping operationsExperience supporting omni-channel fulfillment operations and direct-to-consumer logisticsFamiliarity with process improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma); willingness to support improvementsBasic knowledge of supply chain and carrier managementStrong problem‐solving skills and operational decision‐making abilityExcellent team collaboration and cross‐functional communication skillsAbility to understand and track performance metrics and KPIsStrong commitment to safety and regulatory complianceAbility to adapt to operational changes and support organizational growthSalary Range: $30-$33 per hour, DOE.
