As a Production Planner, you will coordinate Exchange and Production teams to meet established Promise Dates. The work combines electronic scheduling, vendor follow-up, parts kit ordering, quoting, and customer communication. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and adaptability are central to daily planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan electronic schedules across a seven day work week
- Coordinate production shop arrivals with Exchange
- Order standard parts kits before production starts
- Create purchase orders and follow up with vendors
- Communicate discrepancies,



quotes, and Promise Date updates

Requirements:

- Post-secondary technical education or five years comparable experience
- Attention to detail across parts, labor, and work orders
- Customer-centric relationship management and organizational skills
- Computer knowledge including AMPS, Scheduler, TCMS, Excel, Word, and DBS
- Flexible schedule supporting business needs
