As Stock Unloader Department Manager, you will coordinate receiving activities and guide CAP 2 Associates through assigned operational duties. The work includes preparing the Receiving Area, sorting general merchandise, and supporting stocking and overstock binning. You will also maintain cold chain requirements for refrigerated and frozen receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate associates completing receiving and merchandise-flow tasks
- Unload and sort general merchandise trailers
- Pull pallets to the sales floor for processing




- Delegate stocking, product protection, and overstock binning
- Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work workplace

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow Company safety policies and procedures
- Complete safety sweep logs as required
- Provide direction to CAP 2 Associates
- Maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving
