This Maintenance Associate position focuses on general maintenance, repairs, and resident work orders. You will prepare units, maintain building systems, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, and complete preventative maintenance. The work also includes inspections, property improvements, inventory organization, and accurate system records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage resident requests and follow up on completed work orders
- Prepare apartments through painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect building systems and maintain boilers, HVAC, and plumbing
- Complete grounds maintenance, material delivery,



and inventory organization
- Respond to emergency work orders during scheduled On Call rotations

Requirements:

- Three to five years of general maintenance and repair experience
- Robust communication and resident relationship-building skills
- Technology skills using multiple systems through a mobile phone
- Valid driver's license, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle
- Own tools, CSA steel-toed boots, and completed criminal record check
