About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sanitation compliance strategies and policies nationwide.
- Oversee remote monitoring and auditing of sanitation practices across all company facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of compliance specialists and regional sanitation leads.
- Analyze compliance data and generate detailed reports for senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver remote training programs on sanitation compliance for relevant personnel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding sanitation compliance inquiries.




- Identify emerging risks and trends in sanitation and compliance, recommending proactive measures.
- Manage the company's sanitation compliance documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and EHS departments to ensure integrated compliance efforts.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (10+ years) in sanitation management, environmental health, or regulatory compliance, with a significant focus on large-scale operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing company-wide compliance programs.
- Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively across geographically dispersed locations.
- Expert knowledge of relevant sanitation regulations, standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO), and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in advanced compliance management software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in relevant fields are highly desirable.Must possess a reliable internet connection, dedicated home office space, and maintain remote work eligibility.
