- Interpret production paperwork, CAD drawings, and dimensions
- Operate manufacturing equipment and required hand tools




- Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors
- Participate in standard work and quality improvements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read tape measures and interpret drawings
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions
