Rockport Commercial Inc. is expanding its specialized framing division alongside Rockport Investment Group. As Frame Carpenter Foreman, you will lead primarily multifamily apartment projects, plus townhouses and commercial buildings. The position requires field leadership, material planning, and onsite problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, and onboard framing crews
- Lay out and construct multifamily apartment framing
- Review blueprints and forecast manpower needs
- Order lumber, steel, and hardware materials
- Schedule workers and enforce field safety protocols

Requirements:

- Strong experience leading multifamily or commercial framing crews
- Expert knowledge of wood framing layouts and takeoffs
- Ability to resolve structural and layout issues onsite
- Red Seal or Journeyman ticket considered an asset
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 licence and reliable vehicle
