Guest Service Representatives welcome guests, learn about their pets, and support positive shopping experiences. The generalist role combines till operation, product guidance, stocking, order fulfilment, and store presentation. Training covers products, pet care, and nutrition, including raw food knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and recommend suitable products without upselling
- Operate tills, handle cash, returns, and exchanges
- Stock, rotate, clean, and organize store products
- Fulfil online, pickup, and same-day orders
- Complete opening, closing, and delegated store tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in freezers down to -18°C
- Comfort working around dogs and cats
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
