Execution is measured by impact and value created—not the number of actions.An environment that lets you focus on what really matters:Starting wage of $29.75 per hour, up to $42.50 per hourEvening and night premiumsYour role in achieving results:Support production by running dairy case machines and executing shipping and receiving warehouse tasks.Picking back orders, packing orders, loading, and eventually supporting production after warehouse familiarization and training.What we are looking for to deliver these results:Availability to work all shifts (day, afternoon, graveyard)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to read, write and do basic mathClass 1 PreferredKnowledge of Cooler/Freezer operations PreferredSelf-directed & enthusiasticAble to communicate stock related needs and concerns effectively and proactively,
assist in ordering stock items and maintain inventory control proceduresAbility to work with minimal supervision and as a team memberAbility to properly receive and document all incoming goodsAble to maintain a clean and safe workplaceResponsible for maintaining forklift, pallet jack and other related warehousing equipmentPerform any other duties as required under the direction of management and/or Assistant ForemanPhysically fit with good attendance and safety recordAbility to read, write and do basic mathWork schedule could be 5 x 8 hour shifts OR 4 x 10 hour shifts per week at our 24/7 facility.
