Lead grocery merchandising with Mosaic, using planograms and inventory skills in a part time position requiring travel throughout the territory. Manage daily store execution while supporting merchandisers and maintaining displays.

Acosta Canada / Mosaic seeks a Grocery Team Lead for retail merchandising work. You will guide two to five merchandisers while completing planogram resets, inventory management, stock rotation, replenishment, module assembly, and display maintenance. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage two to five merchandisers and complete daily reports
- Execute in-store product layouts using planograms
- Manage inventory and rotate and replenish shelves
- Assemble modules and clean and maintain displays
- Complete other related merchandising tasks

Requirements:

- Grocery experience and punctuality
- Comfort traveling throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- French communication skills and smartphone and computer access
