Bring customer service and pickleball knowledge to Fairgrounds Racket Club as a part time Experience Creator in Edmonton. Welcome members and guests daily.

As an Experience Creator, you will represent Fairgrounds while supporting welcoming club experiences and on-site pickleball programming. You will answer membership and court questions, recommend equipment, process sales, and maintain organized spaces. The position works closely with site and general managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and provide exceptional pro shop customer service
- Assist check-ins, court questions, memberships, and general inquiries
- Facilitate basic pickleball programming, including round robins
- Recommend equipment, apparel, accessories, and relevant products




- Process transactions and maintain facility organization

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or pro shop
- Basic knowledge of pickleball or padel
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system familiarity
- Weekend, evening, holiday, opening, and closing availability

Support Fairgrounds members through pickleball programming, product guidance, accurate transactions, and welcoming Edmonton club service.
