Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division seeks a Business Support Administrator – Order Entry & Order Management. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate information across departments while supporting orders, quotes, invoices, and administrative activities. Your work contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter parts, project, and service requests into ERP systems
• Verify pricing, codes, quantities, lead times,
  
  
  
  and instructions
• Prepare quotes and convert approved quotes into orders
• Prepare accurate customer invoices for services and projects
• Provide order updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Two or more years in order entry, administration, or customer service
• Experience using ERP systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Robust organization, communication, accuracy, and time management skills
