Registered Practical Nurses provide resident care at Muskoka Shores Community in Gravenhurst, Ontario, using sound nursing practice and effective communication.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within an Ontario RPN/LPN scope. The position involves nursing care, ongoing assessments, family communication, and staff guidance. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to policies, orders, and care plans
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound principles
- Communicate regularly with residents and their families
- Oversee resident care and guide assigned staff




- Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
- Positive judgement and ability to identify risk
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
