You will lead front-line patient care departments or health programs delivered by multidisciplinary teams. The work includes operational administration, resource management, quality care, service planning, communications, and contract oversight where assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operating and capital budgets, expenses, and action plans
- Lead, supervise, recruit, mentor, and provide feedback to staff
- Review workplace indicators and establish department objectives




- Identify clinical risks and lead quality improvement action plans

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
- Seven years of recent related experience
