Internal/External Posting Is seeking an individual to fill a Casual Lodge Assistant position located in our facility at the Pleasant View Lodge in Mayerthorpe. Lac Ste. Anne Foundation Lodge Assistant – Casual Position Pleasant View Lodge Description Directly reporting to the Site Manager, the Lodge Assistant is accountable for: Maintaining Site Cleanliness, Laundry Services, Safety and Security. This position entails a high level of interaction with our Residents. Work Conditions And Physical Capabilities The Pleasant View Lodge is a fast-paced environment with many repetitive tasks. The position can be physically demanding and attention to detail is significant. This position requires a combination of standing & walking throughout the shifts. This position is required to work night shifts as per the 6 week rotating schedule.

Excellent oral communication, Resident focus, interpersonal awareness, dependability, judgement, values and ethics; reliability as well as organizational skills are an asset.
