Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, the Unregulated Care Provider delivers direct resident care within knowledge and skill. The position follows care plans, regulatory standards, company procedures, and medication management requirements. It supports seniors across personal, cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and document services accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to required procedures
- Observe, report, and escalate changes or emergencies appropriately
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, mobilization, and adaptive aids

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker program graduate or equivalent healthcare training
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
