As the property management platform evolves, they seek an experienced Property Accountant to enhance their cooperative accounting team. You'll be tasked with overseeing the entire accounting process for your portfolio while working closely with the Accounting Manager, an additional Property Accountant, and the operations team.Key Responsibilities:Manage month-end close and reconcile bank statementsPrepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statementsOversee cash management and budgeting processesWork with Yardi Voyager for accounting tasksSupport year-end financial reporting and analysisRequirements:3–5+ years of experience in property accountingProficient in Yardi Voyager and accounting fundamentalsDegree or diploma in accounting preferredAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsTake ownership of property accounting and contribute to a growing real estate organization in North York.
