As a Member Services Representative, you will engage members, guests, and coworkers while supporting club operations. The position combines customer service, sales techniques, telephone inquiries, and account management. You will also communicate club services, programs, schedules, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attract recent business through referrals and territory outreach
- Follow up consistently on sales leads and telephone inquiries
- Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs
- Greet members and guests with enthusiasm
- Maintain facility cleanliness and address member requests

Requirements:

- Minimum one year service-oriented experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification within thirty days
- Ability to lift or move up to fifty pounds

Support Crunch Fitness members through sales follow-up, account service, facility care, and enthusiastic daily engagement.
