Keep dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas sanitary as a Dishwasher using assigned equipment and established cleaning procedures. Maintain orderly workspaces while supporting protected kitchen operations.

As a Dishwasher, you will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils. You will also maintain kitchen equipment, work areas, and food preparation surfaces. The position includes polishing silver, removing trash, and transferring supplies, products, and equipment. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, trays, and utensils
- Polish silver using assigned machines, chemicals, equipment, and hand cloths
- Maintain dish areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment meeting safety standards




- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and preparation surfaces
- Remove trash and transfer supplies between storage and work areas

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Hands-on industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
