This seasonal Guest Services Representative provides daily guest services within a shopping centre. You will sell gift cards, share retail and community information, promote mall events, and support visitors through telephone, radio, and in-person inquiries. The role also connects customers with security, maintenance, marketing, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver gift cards, mobility equipment, information, and event promotions
- Answer inquiries and direct calls, visitors, and radio communications
- Dispatch Security and Maintenance personnel through portable radio




- Generate weekly reports and maintain accurate guest services records
- Assist Marketing with required program execution

Requirements:

- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Solid organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Professional, polished demeanor with public interaction skills
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
