Our client in the financial services sector is seeking an Intermediate Workday Functional Analyst (5-8 years of experience) to contribute to the evolution and integration of Workday solutions.

Contract Location: Montreal, QC , Saint-Hyacinthe, QC Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: EST Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of experience in functional analysis or business analysis 5+ years of experience with Workday , including business processes and approval workflows Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Advantages, and Payroll modules Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Bilingualism in French and English , both written and spoken Strong understanding of information systems, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and HR processes Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Workday integrations , data exchanges, and system interfaces Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies Experience contributing to the configuration and optimization of Workday functionalities Responsibilities Facilitate business requirements workshops with users and stakeholders Gather, analyze, document,
