Reporting to the National Health & Safety Leader, this coordinator advances HS&W; programs, policies, and regulatory obligations. The work includes WCB claims, inspections, analytics, training support, and product recall communications. You will guide Profit Centres and regional teams through practical safety priorities and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track, report, and follow up on health and safety incidents
- Coordinate active WCB claims with internal and external partners
- Assess Profit Centre risks and support workplace controls
- Analyze HS&W; metrics, trends,



and audit findings
- Publish policies, procedures, training materials, and recall communications

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma
- In-depth Occupational Health and Safety standards knowledge
- Experience managing WCB claims
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use data for recommendations and effective action
