You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, providing quotes, and building lasting relationships. and customer communications across the order lifecycleSupport new business development within existing accounts and pursue current account opportunitiesPrepare sales forecasts for management and suppliers; participate in meetings, product training, and supplier sessionsRequirements2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferredClear and professional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and urgentlyComputer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office tools are assetsTeam player who collaborates across departments; willingness to visit local customersAvailability for occasional after‐hours work; valid Canadian passport; consent to a standard criminal background checkFull‐Time Position (Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)Location: 100% In‐Office RoleEMX Enterprises Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
